How it Began:

Allegra hails from rural New Jersey and comes from a family of small business owners and entrepreneurs. Her grandfather, a student of Dale Carnegie's methods, recognized a spark in her from an early age. They spent countless hours playing office, where he would challenge Allegra to solve various customer service, supply chain, and employee challenges.

In their imaginary widget company, she absorbed invaluable lessons in business ethics, customer care, and teamwork. Her grandfather instilled the importance of treating others with kindness, compassion, and respect. He taught her to listen and understand the needs and challenges of customers, team members, and partners so she could remove obstacles to their success. This unique hands-on experience, wrapped in love, encouragement, and a shared joy for office supplies, laid the foundation for her passion for building great teams and businesses.

Professional Journey:

Allegra's professional journey began with a solid foundation in marketing for technology and management companies serving healthcare and behavioral healthcare markets. She has focused on driving innovation, enhancing organizational growth, and achieving remarkable revenue milestones.

Starting with her interim Marketing Director role at Stinger Medical, she quickly advanced to senior positions, developing a deep expertise in healthcare SaaS marketing through her tenure at companies like Quorum Healthcare, Qualifacts Systems, Inc., Concord Technologies, and Open Minds. In these roles, she transformed marketing functions, built high-performing teams, and spearheaded strategic initiatives that drove substantial revenue growth. Allegra leveraged her extensive experience in demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, and thought leadership to deliver scalable growth strategies and foster productive cross-functional collaborations.

A Kellogg School of Management Executive Scholars graduate, Allegra prepared for the next evolution of marketing strategy and performance with instruction from the leading marketing minds on AI, attribution, team design, and scalable growth.
